Dr. Robert Montoya
Dr. Montoya received his Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas before attending the University of Texas Dental School at San Antonio. He graduated in the top of his class and was elected into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the honorary dental society. Dr. Montoya then entered the orthodontic residency program of the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston were he was involved in doing research and earned his Certificate of Orthodontics in 1982. He is a member of American Association of Orthodontics and Southwest Society of orthodontics.
Dr. Montoya has been in private practice for over 25 years. He recently moved his office, 3 miles from North Richland Hills to his new state of the art location in Keller, Texas. He has been married for 20 years and has two teenage sons. Dr. Montoya is active in the community and enjoys skiing, boating, traveling and spending time with his family.
Mandy
Hi! My name is Mandy. I have worked for Dr. Montoya for 13 years. I met Dr. Montoya in 1990 when he became my orthodontist. When I first started working with Dr. Montoya I was an orthodontic assistant. Then I took over the Insurance Coordinator position in 2002. In 2006 I also took on the role as Professional Relations Coordinator. I really enjoy working with all the patients and their parents. When I am not in the office I love spending time with my husband Aaron and son Seth.
Karen
Hello! My name is Karen and I have been with Dr. Montoya for thirteen years. As the New Patient Coordinator, I enjoy meeting and helping patients as they started with their treatment, and will be glad to answer your questions. My husband is Doug and we have a wonderful daughter named Natalie. When not in the office, I enjoy spending time and being on the go with my family.

Hi I'm Nikki. I have been a part of Dr. Montoya's team since June 2000. Before that I was a patient. I really love the fun and relaxed working environment and all our great patients. I have been married since 2004 to Jeff and have two great little boys Andrew and Joshua.
Jessica
My name is Jessica and I have been apart of Dr. Montoya’s team for 3 years. Assisting has given me the opportunity to enjoy so many sweet and fun patients. Some become almost like family. I try to stay active and love all things sports. When I am not working I like to hang out with family and friends, travel and go to the movies. My best friend Brian and I are planning on getting married soon and look forward to starting our own family.
Brandy
My name is Brandy, and I am the appointment coordinator. I have a wonderful husband and two boys, one is 6 and the other just turned 1. I am very involved in my Church and I love to sing. Free time is spent with my family doing fun activities and weekend getaways. Being fairly new to the practice and the orthodontic profession, one of my favorite things has been witnessing the monthly progress our patients experience.
My name is Amanda, and I went from being a patient of Dr. Montoya’s to being an orthodontic assistant. I have been assisting now for 8 years and I love what I do. In my free time I love hanging with my family, especially my little nephew. I love shopping, vacations and going to the lake with my friends. I feel like my upbeat personality and positive attitude help make the patients feel comfortable.
