Appointments
We have early morning and after school appointments and we pride ourselves for being on time because we know your time is important to you.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Robert Montoya, D.D.S. does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Payment Options
We offer three payment options:
• Payment in full- you will receive an 8% discount
• 20% down and the remaining will be divided into equal monthly payments with no interest
• No down payment option with equal monthly payments and no interest.
Facilities and Equipment
At Montoya Orthodontics we treat each person in a relaxed and comfortable setting. To attain that goal each treatment chair has its own television monitor and is separated from adjacent units.
